In order to enroll your child or be placed on the waitlist you must first make an appointment to meet me and see the child care.
If there is an opening and you decide that Debbie's Child Care is the place for your child, the following must be completed prior to admission.
Enrollment Packet, Physical and Immunization Forms, and any other forms that will help us to provide the best care for your child.
Once enrolled all forms must be updates annually or whenever a change occurs.
