Debbie's Child Care

Our Caring Teachers

These caring adults are the teachers at Debbie's Child Care.  Each person brings their own unique experiences to the children.  All help the children to grow and develop as individuals. They help to make each child feel loved and accepted in every way.

Debbie Seale (Director)

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood education in 1984.  I worked for the Longwood Medical Area Child Care Center as a Lead Teacher for five years.  I then worked at Communities United, Inc., as a director of preschool and toddler programs for nine years and three years in an administrative position. I have been teaching in my family childcare since March 2001.  I now have two children, an adult daughter, and a teenage son.  I also have a primary school age  grandson.

I have been certified in First Aid and CPR for over 20 years.  I have been a Girl Scout Leader for fifteen years.  I also am active in 4-H and in my church.

Betty Kingsbury (Teacher)
Lisa Fisher (Teacher)
The mother of a teenage old son who actually started out here in my childcare when he was 2.  In fact, Lisa ended up spending so much time here that it was a natural transition to have her join my staff in 2007. She is also a rental property owner/manager.  Lisa really enjoys interacting with the kids, especially the babies.  Lisa is certified in CPR and First Aid.
Andrea Baron (Teacher)

Marlene Goldsmith (Teacher)
The mother of a teenage daughter, holds an elementary education certificate and taught preschool in Cambridge for 12 years.  Proximity to my house and a love of smiling faces (crying and pouting are acceptable too) brings her here often. She is certified in CPR and First Aid.  Marlene has been a substitute teacher here since 2009 and now works here on a part time schedule.
